0050 Rear Plastic Gas Tank, 1972-1977 Jeep CJ5, CJ7, 15 Gallon Tank

1972-1977 Jeep® CJ 15 gallon gas tank. This tank requires the 15 gal. OEM style skid plate for installation. Includes new lock ring and O-ring. Approx. dimensions 23" x 16" x 10". Replaces # 5355314 and # 8127698.

This tank fits the 1972-1975 Jeep CJ but requires the 15 gal. OEM style skid plate, top strap and end straps. The original metal tank was bolted directly to the frame of the CJ.

This tank also fits 1972-73 Jeepster C101 and 1971-1973 DJ but requires the 15 gal. OEM style skid plate, top strap and end straps. Using the required skid plate will require some custom installation work when bolting the skid plate to the frame of the vehicle.
